Anne Maas’s Bio
Anne Maas, The Nutritionette, has spent 27 years exploring the healthiest, easiest and most enjoyable ways to eat. This education began as a teenager when she struggled with anorexia. Like many people, she has tried a variety of diets and dieting techniques over the years. And like so many others, the success she experienced with these diets was short-lived.
Since discovering that diets are not the answer, Anne has spent the past 10 years developing a healthy and sensible approach to eating.
“I love good food and I love to eat. It has taken me years to learn how to eat smart and I want to save others the time and challenges of dieting by sharing what I had to learn the hard way. We are bombarded with information about the latest and greatest fad diets, but what we really need is just basic nutrition information.”
As the host of her radio program, “Everyday Eating with the Nutritionette,” Anne shares her expertise and personal experience with eating, nutrition and fitness. Anne has a diploma from the Nutrition Specialist program at Ashworth University and continues to educate herself on these subjects.
In addition to her weekly radio show, Anne offers individuals and groups eating and nutrition guidance and support. To find out more about her services, including Eating Evaluations, Pantry Raids and Shopping Sprees, contact info@thenutritionette.com.
